Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Price per apartment and night with occupancy of minimum 4 persons for Type A and 2 persons for Type B. Local tax: 1,75 € per person and night above 14 years of age. For every additional person we charge 30 €/night

For stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge.

Bread service 6 days a week.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and radio, roofed parking lot, W-LAN internet access, Mobilcard, ski shuttle bus to the cable car Siusi – Alpe di Siusi, electricity and heating and the final cleaning.

Discounts for children:

Baby equipment, cot, high chair and stroller available free of charge upon request.

Pets

Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 € per week has been paid.

Payment:  You can do a bank transfer of the total price prior to arrival or pay cash on site.
The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, the apartment will ready for you starting from 14:oo clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 09:00 clock. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation

Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.

Without cancellation conditions: „According to the Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal“
