The Niglutsch farm offers accommodations in Castelrotto. In the newly built farm there are three apartments at your disposal: two of them are bigger and can host up to 4 people, while the third one is smaller and has got enough place for 2 people. Our apartments are named according to the panoramic view that can be enjoyed from their exclusive balconies: Puflatsch, a peak of the Siusi Alp, Sciliar, the symbolic mountain located on the Southern side of the farm and Castelrotto with its historical centre, located on the Western side of the farm. Have your breakfast on your balcony and enjoy already in the morning the wonderful panorama view on the South Tyrolean alpine world.

That little extra in your holiday
For babies we can put at your disposal highchair, baby bed and baby buggy. For a small fee, you may use the washing machine for your laundry. Bed clothes and enough towels are obviously included in the price.

Prices and discounts
The prices apply for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Price per apartment and night with an occupancy of type A and type C of 4 persons and type B of 2 persons.
Local tax: 1,75 € per person and night above 14 years of age.
For every additional person we charge 30 €/night.
For stays of less than 7 days there is a surcharge.

The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV and radio, roofed parking lot, W-LAN internet access, Mobilcard, ski shuttle bus to the cable car Siusi – Alpe di Siusi, electricity and heating and the final cleaning.
Discounts for children
Baby equipment, cot, high chair and stroller available free of charge upon request.
Pets
Out of consideration for our guests, pets are not allowed!
Additional charges and terms of payment
Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 €per week has been paid.

Payment: You can do a bank transfer of the total price prior to arrival or pay cash on site.

Arrival and departure
Arrival: On arrival day, the apartment will ready for you starting from 2 p.m.. Other times are possible upon request.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 9 a.m.. Other times are possible upon request.
Cancellation
Please understand that in case of late cancellations (4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday) we will retain the deposit, and in case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the total price.
